Glenfiddich has always appreciated the value of time. In 1886, having gathered 20 years of whisky making experience, William Grant set out to create "the best dram in the valley". Within a year he had built his distillery in The Glen of Fiddich - Gaelic for The Valley of the Deer. The first spirit flowed from the stills on Christmas Day 1887.

Expression	A.B.V.	Nosing / Tasting

Glenfiddich 12 YO	40%	A fragrant malt which balances the fruitiness of pear with the richness of subtle oak. Nose: Distinctively fresh and fruity with a hintr of pear. Beautifully crafted single malt with a delicately balanced fragrance. Taste: Characteristic sweet, fruity notes. Develops into elements of butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak flavour.

Glenfiddich 15 YO	40%	A balance of warm spice with honey and rich fruit. Nose: Intriguingly complex aroma with sweet heather honey and vanilla fudge combined with rich dark fruits. Taste: Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full bodied and bursting with flavour.

Glenfiddich 18 YO	40%	This robust single malt balances notes of oak, apple and cinnamon. A powerful yet sublimely mellow whisky Nose: Remarkably rich aroma with ripe orchard fruit, spiced apple and a robust oakiness. Taste: Richly delivers luxurious dried fruit, candy peel and dates overlaid with elegant oak notes. Finish: Warming. Rewarding. Distinguished.

Glenfiddich 21 YO	40%	Nose: Intense and sweet, floral hints of banana, figs and rich toffee. Taste: Initially soft, then brisk and vibrant, peppery, a touch of smoke, vanilla, ginger, lime, spices and new leather. Finish: Very long, warming, dry and spicy.

Glenfiddich 30 YO	40%	Nose: Finely balanced with substantial oakiness matched by fruit and luscious sherry notes. Taste: Complex and seductively woody, dark chocolate, emphasised by a floral sweetness. Finish: Exceedingly long, honeyed and warm.
